Welcome to Alamo Today & Danville Today News!
In the summer of 2004, my husband and son were at Philmont Boy Scout Ranch on a two week hiking trip. Also on the trip was the previous owner of Alamo Today. Under the New Mexico evening stars, a plan was hatched for a change of ownership, taking over the well-loved community newspaper.
Over 250 issues later, Alamo Today (now Alamo Today & Danville Today News) is still going strong. As a family-run publication, we have been a part of the local community since 1997. We raised our children here, we rescue and foster cats and kittens for the local Feral Cat Foundation, and we can be seen at local events. Community, family, and no-drama are values we hold dear, and values we hope you see reflected in the paper as well.
Alamo Today & Danville Today News is a monthly hyper-local, positive, community paper serving Alamo, Danville, and Diablo, California. For over two decades, the paper has featured local residents and non-profits that serve our communities. The paper is wholly advertiser supported. Over 28,000 copies of the paper are delivered to a population of over 60,000. We have advertising spaces to fit a variety of budgets. We’d love to hear from you!
